It is no secret that choosing a weight loss program is confusing . . . I have had a plethora of calls in just these few months of 2018, from ladies and men from Akron, Ohio, and Fairlawn, Ohio, asking about the myth regarding rapid weight loss.
MYTH #1: Many will say that losing 15 to 20 lbs. in a 4 week period is unsafe and unhealthy.
With many of the low calorie diets advertised, the body will go into starvation and will force weight loss from one’s organs and muscles before any calories are released from stored fat reserves. NOT GOOD!
Last Diet Ever’s program does allow you to lose 15 to 20 pounds in a short amount of time WHERE the calories are pulled directly from your abnormal fat stores. This allows you to lose weight in your problem areas. Example: If you have excess weight around your waist, you will lose in your waist area. If you have excess weight in your thighs or hips, you will lose in those areas. Leaving your organs and muscles alone. A few months back, while attending a marketing seminar in Cleveland, Ohio, I was approached by another weight loss program representative offering a franchise opportunity to sell supplements to avoid this situation. Even though that would be a great way to bring in more revenue for Last Diet Ever, I felt glad that I offer a program that allows people to lose weight rapidly, safely, and in a healthy manner without requiring them to purchase another supplement or pill!
MYTH #2: You must hire a weight loss trainer and/or join a gym to do strenuous exercises 2 to 3 times a week to lose weight.
One question I g0t asked by prospective patient from Canton, Ohio was, “do I have to join a gym or hire an exercise trainer?” She was not the first one to ask.
The answer is NO! While exercise is a great addition to any weight loss program and it is good to get your heart rate up, Dr. Simeons research advises that this is not necessary on this program. In fact, his research advises against any exercise or only exercise in moderation. This is a great program for someone who has had a recent hip or knee replacement with limited movement, and losing that 15 to 20 pounds or more would aid in their recovery.
Once the 4 or 6 week program is completed, a great time to add an exercise program is during the stabilizing phase of the program. But we always suggest to do something you like to do and something that you can continue to do in the long run.
So if you are looking for a safe, rapid and healthy weight loss program, without strenuous exercise, Last Diet Ever is there for you.
